Villa Paul is a beautiful, typical half-timbered house. You'll be captivated by its distinctive architecture, its nearly 200-year history, its private heated swimming pool (8m x 4m, secured by an alarm, open from June to September), its covered terrace extending the interior living space, its spaciousness, and its level of comfort. Each bedroom has a private bathroom to ensure everyone's privacy. The 650m² private enclosed garden ensures tranquility and security for all. A new, must-see destination to discover all year round.

This detached house is beautiful and air-conditioned.
It comprises: on the ground floor, a large living room with a lounge (TV, Wi-Fi), dining room, and open kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, microwave, washing machine), a bathroom, and two separate toilets.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms (four 140x190 cm beds, a double sofa bed), and three bathrooms integrated into the bedrooms.
A fifth bedroom is located on the ground floor: it is only accessible from the outside and has a separate entrance and a private bathroom with toilet.

For your comfort, bed linens, towels, and household linens are included, as are water, electricity, and heating, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.

Parking is available on the street or in the parking lot of the on-site multi-purpose room.
Pets under 10 kg are permitted in the cottage.
