We welcome you to Herm, a small Landes village nestled between forest and ocean, for a comfortable stay with your family, friends, or family.
From here, the beaches are just 30 minutes away, Dax is 15 minutes away, and the Basque Country and Spain are also easily accessible.
Villa Paul is a beautiful, typical half-timbered house.
You'll be captivated by its distinctive architecture, its nearly 200-year history, its private heated swimming pool (8m x 4m, secured by an alarm, open from June to September), its covered terrace extending the interior living space, its spaciousness, and its level of comfort.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom to ensure everyone's privacy.
The 650m² private enclosed garden ensures tranquility and security for all. A new, must-see destination to discover all year round. This detached house is beautiful and air-conditioned. It comprises: on the ground floor, a large living room with a lounge (TV, Wi-Fi), dining room, and open kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, microwave, washing machine), a bathroom, and two separate toilets. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms (four 140x190 cm beds, a double sofa bed), and three bathrooms integrated into the bedrooms. A fifth bedroom is located on the ground floor: it is only accessible from the outside and has a separate entrance and a private bathroom with toilet. For your comfort, bed linens, towels, and household linens are included, as are water, electricity, and heating, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. Parking is available on the street or in the parking lot of the on-site multi-purpose room. Pets under 10 kg are permitted in the cottage. The house can be rented for 6 people out of season.

Nous avons passé un super week-end en famille,nous avons apprécié la tranquillité du lieu, la bien vaillance de Patrice ainsi que la chaleureuse maison avec tous ses conforts.Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir profiter de la piscine. C'est une adresse à recommander. Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité.
