Located directly on the water yet close to the town, a stylish holiday home awaits you, combining modern design with Nordic coziness.
Spread across two floors, you can enjoy plenty of space to relax – whether in the light-flooded living area with a fireplace, on the spacious terrace with a Weber grill, or in the in-house sauna with a whirlpool. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a shared cooking experience – from an induction hob and oven to a coffee machine. Two cozy bedrooms, an open gallery with a view of the water, and a modern bathroom with a wellness area, plus an additional guest toilet, offer comfort for couples and families.
A utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and more completes the offering. The furnished terrace and the small garden invite you to linger.
In the surrounding area, you will find the Vechtesee lake, the Delfinoh outdoor pool, the Krockie children's play paradise, and many other excursion options – ideal for families, couples, and those seeking relaxation. And the best part: your four-legged companions are also warmly welcome here and will find many opportunities for extensive walks and nature experiences in the surrounding area. Construction activities may occur at times – we have taken this into account in our pricing. During peak season and in connection with public holidays, only weekly bookings are possible! Changeover day: Usually Saturdays within peak season and in connection with public holidays, alternatively by arrangement.
In certain periods, we have minimum stays – we are happy to offer you the available periods, but ask for your understanding that short-stay surcharges may apply.

Nordhorn is a town in Lower Saxony and is also known as the "Water City". The town gets its name from the river Vechte, which flows through the city and feeds many canals and waterways.
