Welcome to the idyllic village of Korswandt.
Numerous activities such as swimming and boating with pedal boats and rowboats on Wolgastsee lake, as well as extensive cycling tours, walks, and golfing are possible here. The holiday home "Sunshine" welcomes you here.
With 75 square meters of living space spread over two floors, you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms for your comfort.
A special highlight is the private infrared sauna. Make use of the comfortable upholstered furniture in the living room and enjoy extensive movie nights thanks to the large flat-screen TV. A DVD player also allows you to watch movies you have brought with you. On colder days, let yourself be embraced by the warmth of the fireplace and enjoy your time out. On summer days, you will surely want to spend your time on the adjoining terrace with a southern orientation. If you prefer to cook on holiday too, you will be pleased with the fully equipped kitchen.
Important appliances such as a stove (with 4 burners) and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher are available.
Dine together at the dining table, which fits perfectly into the room. The modern country house style has also been applied to the two bedrooms on the upper floor.
Lovingly furnished, the first bedroom features a double bed, dresser, and TV, while the second room has two single beds and a wardrobe.
A full daylight bathroom with a shower and infrared cabin is located on the upper floor.
On the lower floor, you will find an additional guest toilet.
The infrared cabin invites you to relax and can be used as desired.
Warm up after a long walk on the beach or start your day with energy. For the little visitors, a high chair and a collection of games are available in the house.
A pet is also a welcome guest at this accommodation. You can park your car in a designated parking space in front of the house.
Wi-Fi is included.
