A charming, authentic, traditional 19th-century farmhouse of the longère type, featuring a rare and atypical architectural structure of "reclining tiles", revisited by the municipality as an ultra-comfortable holiday home within a logic of overall eco-construction (very careful complete restoration respecting the demanding regional "Effilogis" scheme), nestled in the heart of a peaceful little village in the Bresse countryside.
Peaceful and tranquil, Bosjean boasts a multi-sports court (located just steps from the cottage) and a heritage orchard (with apple, plum, pear, blackcurrant, and redcurrant trees – picking is permitted). It enjoys a soothing countryside setting that blends agriculture and nature, partly classified and protected as a ZNIEFF (Zone Naturelle d'Intérêt Écologique, Faunistique et Floristique – Natural Area of Ecological, Faunistic and Floristic Interest) for its rich flora and fauna.
Nestled in a calming plain of gently rolling hedged meadows, on the edge of a vast wild forest and close to the banks of the Seille (a river teeming with fish), the cottage offers a spacious and very comfortable living area.
Its warm, contemporary style is enhanced by the preservation of the original building's unusual and elegant "reclining tile" walls.

Le gite est magnifique, extrêmement bien pensé et aménagé, il ne manque rien niveau équipement et vaisselle, vous aurez tout ce qu'il vous faut pour passer un weekend en excellente compagnie, il y a même une table de ping pong et des jeux de société. De plus, les hôtes sont adorables et très prévenants. Je suis certaine que nous reviendront!

Rien à redire tout est parfait de l'accueil et l'adaptabilité pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ à la décoration en passant par la propreté, la fonctionnalité, les équipements, le cadre.Week-end prolongé parfaitement réussi grace aux atouts du gîte. A recommander sans la moindre hésitation.

Gite tout confort...Rien ne manque même pour lézarder au jardin...Espace suffisant pour un groupe...Dommage quon ait pensé que le dernier jour à s'amuser au ping pong....il y a tant de choses à decouvrir dans cette belle région !
