The presence of a small park under the house and, a 10 minute walk away, the Lungosavena Park, makes it perfect for those who love outdoor physical activity.
The center of Bologna can be easily reached by public transport in 30 minutes. The 56 sqm accommodation is located on the seventh and top floor of a building equipped with a lift (there are 2 steps to access it) and is composed as follows: - KITCHEN CORNER equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave - LIVING AREA with dining table, French sofa bed, split A/C and TV - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, desk and split A/C - BEDROOM II with single bed, wardrobe and split A/C - BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and shower box - 30 m2 TERRACE with wonderful views of the hills (1 step to access it). Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). Cot for babies on request (for a fee). N.B.: The keys to the front door are located in a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided upon check-in. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Bologna. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. The location is convenient both for visiting the historic centre, easily reachable by public transport in 30 minutes, and for those traveling for Work.
The accommodation is also perfect for lovers of trekking and walking, as the Gessi park, Monte Calvo and Croara are not far away.

Public transport access, balcony with seating for 4 people, air conditioning in each room, cooking utensils in the kitchen.
The TV was only in the living room, which wasn't a negative for us, but it might be for some.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dieser Unterkunft, waren viel unterwegs konnten es aber bei schlechtem Wetter auch sehr gut im Apartment aushalten das Apartment ist gut geeignet für 2-3 Personen, allerdings ist das Sofa sehr klein und lädt nicht unbedingt zu gemütlichen Abenden ein.
Die Dachterrasse ist superschön.
