The Loft Quaranta is located in the Vigentino district of the city of Milan and boasts a spacious terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue and plants which guarantee considerable added value, especially on pleasant spring and summer evenings!
It is perfect for young couples or even single travelers who want to immerse themselves in tranquility after a hectic day discovering Milan!
Very close to the Conad Supermarket on Via Gargano and the 95 bus stop under the house!
The 45 m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift.

It is organized on 2 levels as follows:
-LOWER LEVEL with sofa, TV and kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, freezer
-BATHROOM with bidet and shower cubicle
-UPPER LEVEL (accessible via internal stairs) with double bed
-TERRACE with outdoor furniture, barbecue
Additional services available to guests: WIFI, A/C, independent heating, washing machine.

Trains leave approximately every 30 minutes and the journey takes approximately 50 minutes. From Central Station, take the M3 metro towards San Donato. Get off at the Corvetto stop.
From here take the city bus 95, or you can walk for 20 minutes. - If you travel by car, you can park for free near the Conad supermarket on Via Gargano (parking not guaranteed)

Un très bon logement dans son ensemble avec un bon emplacement mais quelques améliorations nécessaires au niveau de certains équipements, de la propreté dans les détails et de l’agencement des meubles. Sinon hôte très réactif, beau quartier très paisible et à proximité de toutes commodités.

It was an absolutely lovely stay. Responsive host. The apartment did have a leak in the bathroom heater and a leak above the bed, should it be a rainy day. Otherwise great place.

le logement en lui même est bien , mais le coin ressemble aux quartiers mal famé de Paris ( tagge sur les murs , des immeubles partout, d une tristesse, et que du vis a vis partout) pour mon 1 er séjour en Italie, j ai vraiment été déçu
