Villa Parrot, located just an 8-minute walk from the village of Cotignac, on elevated ground, is very well situated.
You will never tire of this magnificent view, day and night. The air-conditioned house, covering 140 sq. m, is all on one level with 3 large double bedrooms (160x200 with thick, high-quality mattresses; one bed is equipped with a system to raise the leg or head section). 2 bedrooms have a view of the village of Cotignac and its surroundings (Le Bessillon, Notre-Dame de Grâces, and the Green Provence region). The private chlorine-treated infinity pool overlooks Cotignac, measuring 9m x 3.70m with a depth of 1.70m. The kitchen is well-equipped: breakfast set (coffee maker, toaster, and kettle), dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, and other small appliances.
Washing machine included. Outside, on the terrace, the gas plancha will allow you to cook your fish, meats, and vegetables.
The terrace is the ideal spot all day for your meals and aperitifs, while enjoying the view, and sometimes the music from open-air concerts in the village during the summer. A corner terrace with loungers for 2, offering a panoramic view of the village, will be the perfect spot for a nap or some good reading (plenty of books available). Everything is ready to welcome you and offer you a comfortable stay at Villa Parrot. Ideal for adult stays, short and long stays (prices upon request). Pets are welcome, but there is no fencing. Access is via the Sillans-la-cascade road, slightly below, with parking space for 2 to 3 cars on the property. Additional costs to consider: End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory.
Intermediate cleaning can be arranged upon request. Bed linen is optional (2 bath towels, sheets, and kitchen towels), as is a pool towel. Uns hat es in der Villa Perroquet sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gerne im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen.

Die Lage der Villa und das Haus selbst sind sehr gepflegt, genauso wie der Pool. Für uns war auch das gesamte Ambiente sehr ansprechend. Der Außen- und Wohnbereich auf einer Ebene hat uns auch gut gefallen inklusive der Plancha im Außenbereich. Auch die Hausverwaltung mit Frau Beckmann und das Personal waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
