The Villa Parrot, just 8 minutes' walk from the village of Cotignac, on the heights, is very well located. You'll never tire of this magnificent view day and night.

The air-conditioned house, which covers 140 m2, is on one level with 3 large double bedrooms (160x200 with thick, good-quality mattresses, one bed is equipped with a system for raising the leg or head section). 2 bedrooms have a view over the village of Cotignac and the surrounding area (Le Bessillon, Notre-Dame de Grâces and Provence Verte).

The private infinity pool, treated with chlorine, has a view over Cotignac, the dimensions are 9m x 3.70m depth 1.70m.

The kitchen is well equipped: breakfast set (coffee maker, toaster and kettle), dishwasher, fridge and freezer and other small appliances. Outside, on the terrace, the gas griddle allows you to cook your fish, meat and vegetables. The terrace is the ideal place all day long for your meals, aperitifs while enjoying the view, and sometimes the music of the open-air concerts in the village in the summer.

A corner terrace with deckchairs for 2 with a panoramic view of the village will be the ideal place for a siesta or a good read (many books available).

Pets are welcome but no fencing.

Access is via the road to Sillans-la-cascade, a little below, with parking for 2 to 3 cars on the property.
