In the pure tradition of the middle-class bastides of the South of France, this magnificent manor house overlooks the surrounding countryside without being overlooked, while remaining close to shops and restaurants.


It is set in 35,000 m2 of wooded terraced grounds, with an olive grove with 750 trees, a vineyard and a forest of oak and pine trees.


5 minutes from the idyllic Provencal village of Cotignac - weekly market all year round, flea markets, concerts and open-air film festival during the holiday seasons - and 40 minutes from Lac Ste Croix and the Gorges du Verdon.


The Bastide offers over 350m2 of living space on three levels, with very spacious rooms.


Ground floor
Pushing open the beautiful wooden entrance door, you discover, on the right, a small television room followed by a large open-plan kitchen, equipped with all modern conveniences and a large table for indoor meals. The kitchen opens onto the main east-facing terrace with a large outdoor table for summer meals shaded by majestic plane trees (gas barbecue available).

To the left of the front door is a storeroom/laundry room; and a toilet at the foot of a wide staircase to the upper floors.


We can accommodate up to 14 people spread over 6 bedrooms.

On the 1st floor, to the right as you leave the stairs is a large double bedroom (bed 180x200) with en-suite shower room.

On the left, there is a large lounge with an open fireplace leading to a beautiful duplex family suite comprising a triple bedroom (1 bed 160x200 + 1 bed 90x200) with its en suite bathroom and a double bedroom (180x200) with its en suite shower room. A door leads directly to the garden at the rear of the house.

On the 2nd floor, to the left are 2 double bedrooms with twin beds (4x 90x200), which share a beautiful bathroom on the landing with bath and shower.

On the right, 1 triple bedroom (1 bed 160x200 + 1 bed 90x200) with its en-suite bathroom.


The exteriors

For your private use: boules pitch, large swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis table and 3.5 hectares of garden.

The swimming pool, which measures 10mx5m, is located a short distance from the house in a garden surrounded by lawn. An alarm ensures the safety of the youngest guests and sunbeds are set up around the pool to make the most of the sunshine. The swimming pool can be heated on request.


Supplements to be provided
Cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory, but an interim cleaning can be arranged on request.

Leather and towels are optional (2 bath towels, sheets and kitchen towels) and pool towels
