Just a few minutes' walk from the village centre, Le Ferraillon is ideal for a peaceful, friendly holiday.


The main entrance opens onto a large, light-filled main room with lovely volumes converted into a comfortable lounge and dining room. A fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the main room. Numerous French windows and bay windows give access to the garden or the fully enclosed swimming pool area.


2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with a bathroom (bath) and separate shower as well as a toilet with washbasin.


The first floor has several mezzanines: a large room fitted out as a TV lounge, a double bedroom (140x190), a single bedroom (90x190) and a toilet (wc, washbasin).


The garden is divided into different sections
the swimming pool with its sunbathing beds, which can be accessed via different gates

the terrace on the kitchen side (with barbecue) and its garden planted with olive trees

the orchard, to the rear of the house, where there is also space for parking cars

Cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory, but an interim cleaning can be arranged on request.
