The main entrance opens onto a large, bright main room with spacious areas arranged as a comfortable living and dining room.
A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the main room.
Numerous French doors and a bay window provide access to the garden or the fully fenced pool area. There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with a bathroom (bathtub) and a separate shower, as well as a toilet with a washbasin.
The upstairs area consists of several mezzanines: a large room furnished as a TV lounge, a double bedroom (140x190), a single bedroom (90x190), and a separate toilet (WC, sink). The garden is divided into different areas: the pool with its sun loungers, accessible by various small gates; the terrace on the kitchen side (with barbecue) and its garden planted with olive trees; the orchard, at the back of the house, where a parking space for cars is also arranged. Your holidays in Provence will be unforgettable: peace, festivities, authentic walks, cultural visits, swimming… It’s up to you to choose the theme for each day spent at Le Ferraillon! Fantastic
We had a lovely holiday at Le Ferraillon, it's very private and peaceful. The house is bigger than the photos show and was lovely and cool in the heat.

The location is fantastic and we walked every morning to the bakery. We could walk to the market and restaurants and didn't have to worry about parking.
