Nestled on the heights of the charming Provencal village of Cotignac, La Maison perchée is a 5-minute walk from shops and restaurants.


The house offers around 70m2 of living space on several levels

From the terrace, as you enter through a large French window, you will discover, on the left, a kitchen in the colours of Provence where you will find all the equipment you need to prepare good meals. A table and chairs are laid out under the pergola outside so that you can enjoy the exceptional view.


From the kitchen, you enter a first bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet).

To the right of the entrance, a few steps take you up to a large, bright room where the lounge/dining room is set; with two French windows giving access to the outside. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms: a lovely double room (160x200 bed) equipped with a fan and a small twin room (2 90x200 beds), which can sleep 1 adult or 2 children.

The upstairs bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet) has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Two French windows give access to the outside, to the terrace above.


The exterior is quite unusual: with its steep slope, the property offers a multitude of little corners for you to enjoy as the day goes by. However, because of the slope, this property is not suitable for the elderly or those with mobility difficulties.


Surrounded by lush vegetation, the swimming pool can be reached via a small paved driveway. Once through the gate, you'll be delighted to spend your sunny afternoons by the water, admiring the view over the ancient rooftops of the village.


For vehicles, two parking spaces are provided on the public road at the entrance to the property. From here, a private footpath leads through the upper part of the garden to the house (please note that access is very steep). Cotignac, a picturesque village in Provence Verte, in the heart of unspoilt countryside, offers a weekly market all year round, flea markets, concerts and an open-air film festival during the summer season; 40 minutes from Lac Ste Croix and the Gorges du Verdon; numerous sporting and water sports activities and festivities.

In this haven of peace, holidays rhyme with well-being and serenity.

Cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory, but an interim cleaning may be arranged on request.

Leather and towels are optional (2 bath towels, sheets and kitchen towels) and pool towels
