Nestled on the heights of the charming Provençal village of Cotignac, "La Maison Perchée" is a 5-minute walk from shops and restaurants.
The house offers a surface area of approximately 70m² spread over several levels:
From the terrace, entering through a large French door, you will find on the left a kitchen with Provençal colors, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
A table and chairs are set up outside under the pergola, allowing you to enjoy the exceptional view. From the kitchen, you access the first bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). To the right of the entrance, a few steps lead you to a large, bright room where the living and dining area is located, with two French doors opening to the outside.
Air conditioning ensures coolness during heatwave summers. On the 1st floor are two bedrooms: a beautiful double bedroom (bed 160x200) equipped with a fan, and a small twin bedroom (2 beds 90x200). This small bedroom can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children. The upstairs bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet) houses the washing machine and dryer.
Two French doors provide access to the outside, to the upper terrace level. The exteriors are quite unique: with a significant slope, the property offers many small nooks that you will appreciate throughout the day. However, due to the slope, this property is not suitable for the elderly or people with mobility difficulties. Surrounded by lush vegetation, the swimming pool is discovered by taking a small paved path.
