Guests will have access to the whole property with no shared areas. There is space for one car to park at the house, but also free parking on the cul de sac if you have more than one vehicle.
There are great transport links - both tram and bus stops are a 5-minute walk away. It is also an easy 20-minute walk to the city center.

Standard check-in time is 3.00 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11.00 am.
Please note, strictly no parties or loud music, any rule breaking a £250.00 fee will apply.
Please note that a fee of £100.00 will be charged for lost keys or keys left inside the property, please be careful with them.
The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and soap.
