The house is distributed over two floors, with a maximum capacity for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, and access to the living room that opens onto the terrace. There is a garage with two private parking spaces.

The centre with shopping facilities is 550 m away. There are nice restaurants about 6.5 km away where you can eat and drink delicious food. There are many other tourist attractions that are worth a visit.

On the terrace there is garden furniture, a dining table and everything you need to enjoy a few days of relaxation, holiday and disconnection with plenty of privacy. From the terrace you can see the pool and the sunset. Pets are allowed for an extra charge. There is also a gym, a paddle tennis court, a football pitch and a children's playground.
