On the ground floor, you will find an entrance area, a well-equipped kitchen-living room, and a bathroom with a private sauna.
Upstairs, there is a spacious room with four single beds, partially separated from the living area by a screen.
The living area features a sofa bed, a seating corner, and a round table.
The house accommodates up to 6 guests and includes Wi-Fi. The highlight is the private sauna inside the house.
A travel cot and high chair are also available.
Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove in the kitchen—firewood is provided free of charge—and electric heaters.
Thanks to excellent insulation, the house warms up quickly. Landhüsli is intentionally designed without a TV or microwave to offer you a true countryside getaway.
Most guests bring their own laptop if they wish to watch something.
Please note: The fridge does not have a freezer compartment.
There is storage space for drinks under the stairs next to the kitchen. The property has a large garden with a fire pit and playground; part of the garden is for your use. The path to the horses leads through the grounds and is accessible to all visitors.
Horseback rides and riding lessons are offered, available for an extra charge.
Parking is directly next to the house, with additional free spaces on the street.
Up to 2 pets are allowed.
Dogs are welcome but must stay off sofas and beds and remain on the ground floor.
Smoking and parties are not permitted.
Towels cannot be provided. The house has guidelines to help you separate waste correctly.

Pour le gîte, agréable avec les animaux autour; chevaux, ânes, le gros lapin! hihi, etc... et les propriétaires sont très discrets
Nous avons apprécié découvrir le sud du Bade-Würtemberg, les villages, le lac de Constance,...
Nous avons pu aussi assister à la mise en place du Maibaum et boire de bonnes bières ;)
