Cozy apartment equipped with all comforts to accommodate 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private garden.
Located in an elegant period building in Art Nouveau style, it is outside the restricted traffic zone, but just a 10-minute walk from the historic center.
It is also located a few steps from the Santa Giuliana Stadium and just 100 meters from the park of the same name for outdoor activities.
The bus terminal for all of Italy is just 50 meters away. The 80 sqm apartment is located on the -2 floor of a period building NOT equipped with a lift and boasts two accesses: one from the entrance of the building with slightly steep internal stairs, and an independent entrance from the private garden with exteriors easier stairs. The internal space is organized as follows: - KITCHENETTE equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, toaster, traditional oven and microwave - LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa, split A/C, TV - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C - BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C - BATHROOM I with wc, bidet and shower box - BATHROOM II with wc, bidet and shower box. The keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in. Additional services available to guests: WIFI MAXIMUM 300/Giga per month, split heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

The apartment was clean and just as depicted in the pictures. Angel was kind enough to grant us an early checkin. It was nice to have a washing machine. The location was perfect for us. It’s about a 15 minutes walk to the city center.
