Spacious 200 sqm apartment on two levels, located in a period house in the heart of Assisi and able to accommodate 6 people with great comfort, having three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large terrace overlooking the roofs where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation.
Located in the historic center (ZTL), with a view from the windows onto Corso Mazzini and just 100 meters from Piazza del Comune, the apartment is in a perfect position to explore all the wonders of Assisi on foot. The accommodation is located on the mezzanine floor of a period building in a courtyard: there are 8 steps after the entrance door of the courtyard+ 6 to access the apartment. The internal space is divided into two levels: please note the need to climb an internal staircase to reach the first floor. *** MEZZANINE *** - KITCHEN with dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave - LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa and TV - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and internal BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and floor shower - BATHROOM II with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower wall. *** 1ST FLOOR *** - BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers - BEDROOM III with two single bunk beds and chest of drawers - BATHROOM with wc and bidet - TERRACE equipped with table and chairs. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, fans, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). ATTENTION: the apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. Be careful if you are traveling by car. Other things to know: - The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in. - The fireplaces are NOT usable. 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal andto pay the tourist tax of 2 euros per night, for the first 3 nights, as required by the municipality of Assisi. It is possible to leave the car in the public indoor paid car park Mojano about 15 minutes away on foot or in the nearby free car parks (NOT guaranteed).

The property was hard to find. A jeweler next door helped us look his property kept coming up as the place. Floors were dusty and property manager was rude. But the location was beautiful. Right in the middle of town an easy walk to everything

This is a very nice apartment in the center of Assis, which makes access to all the churches and restaurants very accessible. The house itself is spacious and clean. The only negative are the beds, which are uncomfortable.
