Despite its lively location in the old town amongst the shops and restaurants, it overlooks a small, quiet alleyway and has double-glazed windows. The layout of the flat is completely open plan, the air conditioning is only available in the kitchen / dining room but allows the air in the whole flat to be renewed thanks to the openings.


The flat has a fully equipped open plan kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster & a laundry area in the hallway with washing machine/dryer, iron & fridge/freezer.


The living area also has a dining table and lounge area on a lower level (2 steps need to be lowered). Wifi connection included.


From the living room you then access the bedroom (open onto the living room) featuring a Queen Size bed, dressing room and desk. The shower room has a WC, vanity unit and shower accessible via two steps.

You can easily explore the city on foot or by public transport, you'll be located 4 minutes' walk from the Cathédrale Vieille Ville tram stop.


From the airport, you can take tram line 2 towards Port Lympia, stop at Garibaldi station, then walk 8 minutes to the flat.


If you are coming by car, please note that the old town is mainly pedestrianised, and the nearest paying underground car park is the Parking du Palais de Justice, a 3-minute walk from the flat.
