The villa consists of a large living room, masonry kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large paved patio and a 'backyard area for parking 3 cars.
One of the three bedrooms is set up with two single beds that can be combined, so it can be prepared at the guests' discretion either as a double or a twin room.
All rooms in the house are equipped with " Fan Coil " heat pump ( hot / cold ) to be able to air condition the house in all seasons of the year.
In the living room there is a 32 " flat screen LED TV connected to a satellite decoder complete with " Smart Card " to allow free-to-air viewing of all Italian and foreign satellite channels.
In the lovely green planted garden there are deckchairs and chaise-longues for pleasant moments of relaxation.
A brick barbecue is available for guests to prepare tasty grilled dishes.
In both bathrooms there is a masonry shower.
A third shower with hot water is located outside at the back of the house.
The villa is equipped with a storage room-laundry room in which there is a washing machine and a second service fridge/freezer.
The house is free of architectural barriers and is perfectly usable even by people with disabilities.
Bed and bath linens (shower, face and hand towels) are provided and are included in the house's amenities.
For cooler evenings, bed blankets and plaids are also provided for guests.
