Detached, single-storey villa with air conditioning on a large flat and fully fenced plot.
Children can play here in the large grass garden with shady trees and, of course, in the private pool.
The villa is spacious with large covered terraces and has a neat, classic Provencal décor.
The villa is located between the village of Sorgues (supermarket and bakery) and the most famous wine village of the Rhone valley Châteauneuf-du-Pape The villa is ideally located for exploring the Provence.
For example, you should definitely check out the Palace of the Popes in Avignon, a beautiful city to spend a day wandering around! But don't forget the picturesque villages in the area, such as L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and Gordes.
The winding route to Mont Ventoux takes you through a beautiful landscape and at the top you can always decide to climb the mountain next year (!) by bike.There is a 18-hole golf course at Morières-les-Avignon.
You can find a bakery, groceries and restaurants in Sorgues Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.
Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted. Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house. This accommodation is less suitable for people with reduced mobility. Gammelt slidt hus.
Flisebelægning rundt om poolen i stykker mange steder.
Tissemyrer over alt ved poolen og langs huset.
Køleskabet fyldt med gamle madvare da vi ankom.
Beskidt service i køkkenskabe og skuffer.
Beskidt både inde og udenfor.

We hebben een hele fijne week gehad in deze ruime villa. Echt alles aan keukengerei waar je je maar kunt bedenken was aanwezig in de keuken, waardoor het soms even zoeken was naar wat je nodig had.
Na een gezellige dag in de omgeving konden we heerlijk afkoelen in het zwembad.
