Located in a quiet residential area, only 1 km from the superb Kerleven beach, you’ll enjoy a truly relaxing holiday: a large house, a charming garden, a spacious sunny terrace, sun loungers, a covered summer kitchen/barbecue area, a ping-pong table, the Cornouaille Golf Course within walking distance, and a pedestrian path just 40 metres from the house… everything you need is here.
The little extra? The house also features an upstairs studio with its own independent exterior access, complete with a large foosball table!
On the ground floor, you will find:
- A spacious living area with lounge and dining room opening onto the terrace,
