Our modern and contemporary furnished holiday flat Fernblick Hohegeiß is located on the top 16th floor and impresses with its fantastic view over the Harz Mountains in the best south-facing location, in the second of two apartment buildings, directly at the beautiful spa gardens! The chic flat was completely renovated and refurnished in 2021.

Since December 2022 there is a new electric wall fireplace for a relaxing break in the living room.

The house has two lifts.

The living area (49sqm) on the 16th floor has an open, bright kitchen.

There is a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 195 cm) incl. 32-inch smart TV and built-in wardrobe, as well as a second bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 195 cm).

The bedrooms and bathroom are fitted with light-coloured doors.

The bathroom has a rain shower, hand shower, WC and washbasin.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped including ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and various other electrical appliances (kettle, egg cooker, toaster, coffee machine, milk frother and Tassimo).

A sunny south-facing balcony and garden furniture are at your disposal.

In the living room there is a modern sofa bed including a swivelling 55 inch Smart TV and a dining table group.

In our holiday complex there is a bowling alley and various snack vending machines.

Also for leisure and fun...

Table football, Airhokey, table billiards and a dart machine.

There is a table tennis table in the basement.

There are also washing machines and tumble dryers in the basement.

Coins are available at the indoor swimming pool.

A free indoor swimming pool (spa card/guest card required) and sauna (extra charge) are located directly in the property.

Mini golf course, a children's playground and toboggan run available directly at the house.

The ski/track network and tobogganing area with tows/lifts is 300 metres away and can be easily reached in Hohegeiß.

Of course, free public car parking spaces are available.

WLAN in the holiday flat is free of charge.

The visitor's tax is included in the booking.
