Our modern and contemporary furnished holiday apartment Fernblick Hohegeiß is located on the top 16th floor and impresses with its fantastic view over the Harz mountains, in the best south-facing location, in the second of two apartment buildings, directly by the beautiful spa park! The chic apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2021.
Since December 2022, a new electric wall fireplace has been installed in the living room for a relaxing getaway.
The building has two elevators.
The living area (49 sqm) on the 16th floor features an open, bright kitchen.
One bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 195 cm) including a 32-inch Smart TV and built-in wardrobe, as well as a second bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 195 cm) are available.
The bedrooms and the bathroom have light-colored doors.
The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, hand shower, toilet, and sink.
The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and various other electrical appliances (kettle, egg cooker, toaster, coffee machine, milk frother, and Tassimo).
A sunny balcony in the best south-facing location and garden furniture are available for you.
The living room has a modern sofa including a retractable 55-inch Smart TV and a dining table set.

Our holiday complex features a ten-pin bowling alley and various snack machines.
Also for leisure and fun... table football, air hockey, table billiards, and a dart machine.
A table tennis table is located in the basement.
Furthermore, washing machines and dryers are located in the basement.
Coins for these are available at the indoor swimming pool.
A free indoor swimming pool (spa card/guest card required) and sauna (extra charge) are located directly in the building.
Mini-golf, a children's playground, and a sledding run are available directly at the house.
The ski/cross-country ski trail network and sledding area with drag lifts are located 300 meters away, easily accessible in Hohegeiß.
Free public parking spaces are of course available.
WLAN in the holiday apartment is free.
The spa contribution is included in the booking.

Sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber und gepflegt .
Schade das das Schwimmbad und die Sauna nicht aufhalten in den Wintermonaten.
Das ganze Haus sollte so schnell wie möglich von außen einen neuen Anstrich bekommen ,da es mit dem äußeren aussehen das Innere des Hauses abwertet.
