The spacious living area with fireplace on the ground floor invites you to spend cosy hours.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
A parking space near the house is available free of charge.
The deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. The deposit is higher over New Year's Eve.
One dog can be booked for an additional charge. Others on request.
Costs for electricity (0.55 EUR per kWh), gas (1.35 EUR per cubic metre) and water (6.50 EUR per cubic metre) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee) and offset against the security deposit paid.
Towels and bed linen can be ordered (for a fee) from our property manager.
The spa tax is due before arrival.
If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the tenant must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it to the authorities on request.
In addition, there is a spacious dining table in the living area as well as a well-equipped kitchen, which makes the heart of every hobby chef beat faster, here cooking becomes a sociable event.

From the living area you have direct access to the spacious terrace, which is perfect for relaxing hours in the open air.

The highlight of the ground floor is the wellness bathroom equipped with sauna, whirlpool and separate shower. Here you can unwind and relax after an active day.

The living area leads to the upper floor.

The two further bedrooms and the second bathroom with shower are located on the upper floor.

The open gallery is a small oasis of well-being, ideal for cosy reading hours.

So that you can also stay connected on holiday, the holiday home offers modern comfort with a WLAN fibre optic connection.
