To ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible, cleaning is included and premium 4-star hotel-quality linen (bed sheets, towels, and tea towels) is provided.
For your convenience, the beds will be carefully prepared prior to your arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows : - A fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, induction stovetop, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, and kitchen utensils, designed for effortless meal preparation so you can fully enjoy your stay. - A comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200 cm), TV, armchairs, and storage with hangers, offering a pleasant space to relax. - A second bedroom with two single beds and a desk, ideal for working in peace or recharging. - A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and storage. - A separate toilet for added comfort. - Additional amenities : table and iron, for a fully independent stay. Surroundings : Located in the lively and dynamic Poincaré district, you benefit from a prime location just steps from the city center.
You will find numerous shops nearby, including the Halles shopping center, as well as a bakery, supermarket, and pharmacy in immediate proximity.
Only 2 minutes from Kléber Square, the apartment is an ideal starting point for strolling through the streets of the UNESCO-listed historic center and fully enjoying the unique atmosphere of the Alsatian capital. Transportation : If you are traveling by car, the recommended parking option is the Le Sébastopol parking at a rate of €21 per day, located a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
Paid parking is also available directly opposite the building.
The rental does not include a private parking space. For getting around : - “Ancienne Synagogue / Les Halles” tram stop (lines A & D): 2-minute walk. - “Les Halles - Pont de Paris” bus stop: 1-minute walk. - Central train station: 10-minute walk. - Strasbourg International Airport: 20 minutes by car. Additional information : - Bed linen and towels provided. - Free Wi-Fi. - Pets are not allowed. The apartment is available from 4:00 PM. Keys can be collected from a secure key dispenser located in a hotel opposite the train station, approximately a 10-minute walk from the property.
The hotel closes at 9:00 PM; if you expect to arrive later than this time, please inform us in advance so we can arrange an alternative key collection point. Schlüsselabholung und Abgabe funktionierten einwandfrei. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Nähe zum Standzentrum. Alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Es gab keine Erklärung wie der Müll entsorgt werden soll bzw. wo sich die Müllcontainer befinden.
Das hat uns ein Hausbewohner erklärt.
Die Toilette ist reparaturbedürftig. Spülkasten und Deckel wackeln. Spülkasten hat ein kleines Leck.

Die Wohnung hat eine günstige Lage zur Innenstadt; andererseits liegt in der Nähe einer Ampelkreuzung, daher war für uns nachts der Geräuschpegel durch anfahrende Antos oft störend.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ok.
Die einzig vorhandene Sitzecke im Schlafzimmer empfanden wir nicht als gemütlich.
Die angegebene Einwahl ins WLAN war nicht möglich.
