Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this superb 24 m² studio, nestled on the 7th floor (with elevator) of a modern residence, ideally located in the very heart of Strasbourg, just above the Halles shopping center.
Designed to accommodate up to 2 guests, this contemporary cocoon charms with its elegance, natural light, and open views over the city’s rooftops.
Fully renovated in 2023, it provides a refined and soothing setting, perfect for a romantic getaway or a solo stay. To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, housekeeping is included and hotel-quality 4-star linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided.
For your comfort, the bed will be carefully prepared before your arrival. The apartment is composed as follows : - A bright and elegantly arranged living area featuring a queen-size bed, a relaxing seating area with armchairs and TV, and an intimate dining space for 2 guests. - A fully equipped kitchen area including : refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and kitchen utensils, designed to combine practicality and comfort. - A modern bathroom with shower, sink, mirror, toilet, and heated towel rail. Surroundings : Ideally located just steps from Place des Halles, you will enjoy a prime location in the heart of Strasbourg.
Stroll through the charming streets of the UNESCO-listed historic center, explore local boutiques, restaurants, and cafés, and immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of the Alsatian capital. Transport : If you are arriving by car, paid parking is available nearby at Sébastopol parking. For getting around : - “Place des Halles” tram stop (lines A & D) is located right in front of the building. - “Faubourg de Saverne” bus stop (lines 41, 71, 73, 75, and 76) is a 2-minute walk away. - The central train station is accessible in 8 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by public transport. - Strasbourg International Airport is about 20 minutes away by public transport. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets are not allowed. - The apartment is equipped with an air cooler (not air conditioning). The flat was good
I didn't like collecting and returning the key from Graffalgar hotel, which was difficult for us to go to different placed for collecting the key while coming from a hard trip.
I didn't like the way of charging us extra 47 euro for cleaning but they never came to clean.
I didn't like the towels, there was only one towel per a person and has not been changed for 5 days.
