Ponta do Sol is situated in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best climate conditions on Madeira.
A few kilometers away, there are impressive cliffs, mountains, and the Laurisilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
In the vicinity, you can practice various outdoor activities, such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing, and other water activities.
The property has access to main roads. NOTES The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee (minimum 5 days).
The request for pool heating must be made at least 5 days in advance and will be confirmed with the payment notice.
On cold days, the pool heating may not be sufficient to reach 27°C.
Cleaning is done before check-in, and there is a weekly cleaning service, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
Due to the climate, there are also insects and geckos in the rural surroundings, which can be attracted by food scraps.
For those who are not comfortable with the presence of insects and geckos, we do not recommend accommodation in a rural area.
It is recommended that individuals sensitive to mosquito bites use repellent when moving around the island. CONDITIONS 1.
Parties or behaviors that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbors are not permitted, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM when neighborhood noise is prohibited. 2.
An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time, and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival. 3.
Self check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key safe, the code for which will be generated and sent on the day of arrival.
For in-person check-in, an appointment for the time is required, and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new appointment may be scheduled according to our availability. 4.
Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and provide any missing identification details to comply with legal requirements. 5.

Very nice house. Doesn't feel like a rental.Some insects issue, but nothing major.Good communication with the management. Really amazing views. Highly recommend...Just finy expect to swim in the pool unless you are OK to swim in 20-21 degree water even if it is heated.Other thzn that highly recommend
