The couch also serves as an extra bed, allowing up to six people to comfortably stay in the vacation apartment.

Here, you will find the ideal starting point for a relaxing summer and winter holiday in the alpine landscape of the Stubaital, whether you're seeking sporting activities, rest, or a bit of both.
The lovingly furnished apartment, excellent transport links, and views of the surrounding mountains provide a feel-good atmosphere from the very first moment. Haus Hofer is located in Mieders at the entrance to the Tyrolean Stubaital, at an altitude of approximately 1,000 meters, at the foot of the Serles mountain.
The bus stop is just a three-minute walk (250 meters) away.
Several restaurants and a grocery store are also nearby.
Opportunities for a nature walk are practically right outside your doorstep.
Furthermore, diverse recreational activities await you in the surrounding area. The local tax is charged to guests who reach the age of 16 in the current calendar year. The local tax of €4.80 per person/night is to be paid directly to the host on-site. Coming via the Brenner Autobahn A13 (toll road), take the Schönberg / Stubaital exit.
