Casa Primavera, a Home in Madeira

Casa Primavera is a recently renovated rural house that is recommended for hikers, sports enthusiasts and those who want to get away from urban centres.

The house has a floor area of 88 m2 and includes a bedroom with a double bed (1.30 m wide), a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with a dining table.

Outdoors, there is a garden with a variety of flowers and a terrace with a barbecue and a spacious living area with a hammock for relaxing in the evening and enjoying the fabulous sunsets with intense colours in autumn.

The house is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay.


LOCATION

The house is located in a rural area 450 metres from sea level and 6 km from the town of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach and a few restaurants and cafés.

About 400 metres away there is a supermarket and 150 metres away there is a small restaurant and café.

Ponta do Sol is located in the south-western part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.

A few kilometres away, there are impressive cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.

In the vicinity it is possible to practise various outdoor activities, such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.

The property has access to the main roads.


NOTES

We are available to support you during your stay, to recommend places and activities and to find solutions to your needs. We can recommend activities to discover the island off the beaten track.

The property has a car access to the north and an outdoor parking space. To the south there is pedestrian access via a 95-metre path from the main road.

Cleaning is carried out before guests arrive and then there is a weekly maintenance clean, which includes a change of bed linen and towels. To increase the frequency, an additional cleaning service should be requested.

Because it is a rural area, there is potential for noise from dogs and other domestic animals on neighbouring properties. There are also insects in the neighbourhood that can be attracted by food waste.

The accommodation is officially registered, meets the requirements to ensure safety and comfort, and has a complaints book controlled by the competent authorities.


CONDITIONS

1. Parties and behaviour that disturbs the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10pm and 8am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, the time of arrival and the means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival times is available via a key safe whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For in-person check-in, an appointment is required and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be booked according to our availability.

4. Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and to provide missing identification data to fulfil legal requirements.

5. The number of guests must be informed when booking and can be changed up to the limit of the accommodation's capacity with a price increase. From 2 guests, the price increases by up to 10% per guest.
