The living area offers a spacious leather sofa, a comfortable armchair, a flat-screen TV, radio, a cozy dining area, and an open, fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the living room with a dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, and a mini-oven with hot air function.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and a large wardrobe.

The bathroom is modern and generously designed.

It features a floor-level shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer, and a washing machine with a dryer function (washer-dryer).

Throughout the apartment, great importance was placed on health-conscious flooring materials and hygiene standards.

Furthermore, the apartment impresses with a 20 sqm private terrace.

This terrace provides plenty of sunshine almost all day long.

The electric awning offers shade.

In the adjacent storage room on the terrace, you will find comfortable loungers, deck chairs, and their corresponding cushions.

All windows are also equipped with external roller shutters.

The owner of the holiday apartment will contact you by phone or email before your arrival to arrange the exact arrival time for a personal welcome and key handover. You can quickly reach the fine sandy bathing beach, which is supervised by the DLRG (German Lifesaving Association) in summer.

On the promenade, you will find ice cream parlors, restaurants, and souvenir shops.

Also within walking distance: supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, and the bus stop – simply leave the car behind. Beautiful paths along the sea lead to the neighboring towns of Rettin and Neustadt, or you can explore the varied coastline up to Travemünde by bike.

You can also quickly reach Lübeck by car; visit the marzipan museum and the old town there.

Canoeing in Holstein Switzerland, roller coasters in Hansapark, water skiing in Süsel, a cinema visit in Neustadt... and so much more.
