A stylish, ground-floor apartment, set on the hillside with stunning views over Lake Como.
This luxurious complex has 20 apartments sharing extensive gardens, a swimming pool and a tennis court. This beautiful, 2-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 people.
It has been tastefully decorated throughout.
The open-plan living area is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and a fitted kitchen, which is separated from the main room by a breakfast bar. In the kitchen, you will find an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker and washing machine.
An archway from the living room leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. The sheltered terrace, which is reached via wooden doors from the sitting room, is a highlight of the apartment.
It is furnished with a beautiful set of a cane sofa and armchairs; sun loungers; a hanging seat and a wrought iron table and chairs for meals al fresco.
It enjoys spectacular views of the lake and provides a relaxing environment where guests can read or just enjoy the peace. The landscaped gardens include a beautiful swimming pool (only one sunlounger available per apartment) and a hard tennis court. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The cosy master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, ample storage and a wonderful view across the garden to Lake Como. The residence is close to the charming lake-side town of Azzano (8-minute walk). Here visitors will find a wide range of excellent restaurants and cafés. There is a regular ferry service between Azzano and Como as well as several other towns around the lake. For self-catering, Azzano’s weekly market (Monday) is an excellent source of the best local produce.
There are also supermarkets and other delicatessens nearby. There are many beautiful palaces, villas and gardens to visit nearby including the famous Villa Carlotta (5 minute drive). If you are looking for more excitement then head to Lake Como Adventures (7 minutes drive) for a wide range of activities including climbing, canonying, hiking and skiing in the winter months. Milan’s international Linate airport is a 1 hour and 41 minute drive from the apartment and Milan Malpensa airport 1 hour and 25 minutes away.

Appartement heeft een groot terras.
Het was er zeer rustig.
Toplocatie van het appartement.
Zwembad en omgeving waren goed onderhouden en netjes.
Airco aanwezig wat het aangenaam maakte na een lange warme dag.
Het appartement was niet heel proper toen we aankwamen.
Er waren ook een aantal zaken niet aanwezig: bijv. geen droogrek (nadien wel één gekregen van de verhuurdienst), er waren veel te weinig glazen (bijv. wijnglazen), er was geen informatie over de omgeving zoals winkels, bezienswaardigheden, rest...

Beautiful views and great location. Apartment nice but pool rules need to be made available in advance as this spoilt our holiday. Only one lounger per apartment was allowed. Kids could not play with anything in the pool and this was a strictly enforced. A shame because it was not the relaxing pool ...

The place is beautiful, but there are too many rules on pool usage which made it difficult for the kids to have fun.
