Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage, l’ensemble de la maison et son extérieur même si nous n’en n’avons pas beaucoup profité à cause du bruit.
Il est quasiment impossible de profiter des transats tant la route située devant la maison et bruyante avec de nombreux véhicules qui passent.
L’isolation phonique n’est pas optimum, on entend tous les bruits des voisins, nous avons changé de chambre pour moins entendre les bruits.
La climatisation est capricieuse , elle ne fonctionne pas toujours correctement.
