Description of the accommodation
The 70 m² house is situated on an 800 m² plot of land in Leányfalu (Maiden Village), 25 km from the Hungarian capital Budapest.
It is within sight of the Danube-Ipoly National Park, on a hill with a panoramic view of the Danube River. The area is also considered a recreational area for the capital's residents and, due to its location directly on the Danube, offers numerous opportunities for relaxation, hiking in the hills and mountains, various water sports, horseback riding, or simply relaxing in the local thermal and outdoor pool, which is open all year round. Our holiday home consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen, a hallway, and a bathroom. You enter the house via the large covered terrace. Should it rain or the sun be too strong, you can sit on this terrace. The second large sun terrace, which is directly accessible from the living room, faces the back of the house.
This terrace is ideal for extensive sunbathing as it is not overlooked. In the kitchen, you will of course not have to forgo your usual "everyday luxury." You have the following at your disposal: - Microwave - Dishwasher - 4-burner hob with convection oven - Extractor hood - Grill - Toaster - Refrigerator (120 l) - Separate freezer (50 l) The kitchen is equipped with sufficient crockery, plenty of glasses, and kitchen utensils, so it is usually sufficient to run the dishwasher every 1-2 days. In the living room, your family can make themselves comfortable on the sofa set. Although spending your holiday days "watching TV" would be the worst option, thanks to a satellite dish and television, you can stay up-to-date. In the "children's room," 3 children can go to sleep after an eventful day and dream of the next.
These are full-sized beds (not bunk beds), therefore also suitable for adults.
A wardrobe and a chest of drawers are available. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a display cabinet, and a wardrobe. Terrace and garden furniture, and sun loungers complete the amenities. Miscellaneous Dogs (maximum 3) are charged between €4-7 per day/dog, depending on size. In the far corner of the property, there is an open fire pit with a "tripod" where you can prepare food over an open fire.
In the garden shed, you will also find the cauldron for "kettle goulash." In the garden shed, you will find the stand grill, which you should only use on the rear paved and uncovered terrace.
