This unique, detached beach house is part of the Beach Houses Zandvoort resort, situated directly on the beach and just 1.5 km from the town centre.
The ground-floor beach studio is modernly furnished with a double bed, a sitting area, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a walk-in shower. Air conditioning provides comfort during warm months and can also be used for heating.
Parking is not available on-site, but you can find public parking for a fee. It's recommended to use parking lots or garages on the outskirts due to high fees near the beach and town centre. Zandvoort is accessible by public transport; from the station, bus line 81 or 84 take you to the "Circuit" stop, followed by a short walk to the beach.
At Resort Beach Houses Zandvoort, you can book three types of beach houses accommodating two to four people.
Note:
- From 25–28 June 2026, the Luminosity Festival will take place near the park, so it may be busier than usual. A €400 deposit applies for 4-person accommodations and €700 for those with more than 4 people. This deposit applies to all guests, even if you don’t attend the festival. Please ensure your IBAN is entered under “My Details” for the refund after your stay.
- On 4 February, maintenance work will be carried out on the electrical facilities from 11:00 to 17:00. During this period, electricity—including heating and hot water—will not be available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

However, the level of comfort is as described You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum und einfach zum wohlfühlen und entspannen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen, der Meerblick ist einfach etwas ganz besonderes.
Eine kleine Küchenzeile wäre noch wünschenswert, aber es wurde im Vorfeld klar kommuniziert, daher vollkommen in Ordnung.

Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage, sehr ruhig und läd zum Entspannen ein. War an sich eine coole Erfahrung.
Zentrum und Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar, am Strand und in den Bars ist immer etwas los.
Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft super dreckig, leider einfach ekelhaft. Haben die Rezeption informiert, dann kamen zwei junge Männer, die den Boden gewischt und den Dreck im Haus verteilt haben.
Wir mussten Putz- und Desinfektionsmittel für 15,00€ kaufen und das ganze Haus putzen, damit man sich einigermaßen wohlfühlen konnte.
Für den Preis, den man zahlt, eine Frechheit.
