Baby equipment on request. Electric heating and reversible air conditioning.
- Kaolin is a 97 m² pavilion on the ground floor. Living room with lounge area and kitchen area which opens onto the terrace and the garden, a bedroom (1 160 cm bed) with shower room and private toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed, 1 180 cm bed or 2x2 90 cm twin beds), bathroom water, toilet, laundry room. Baby equipment on request. Electric heating and reversible air conditioning. Alexandra and Raphaël dreamed of it and Break Isle Bed is ready to accommodate stays in Limoges! This set of rentals is made up of 3 pavilions, 2 of which are adjoining. Located very close to the various medical centers of Limoges (clinics and university hospitals) and next to the university, Isloise and Kaolin are contemporary pavilions which offer great services in a pleasant setting. Close to the road and the Bayles roundabout, these rentals are ideally located for all services and amenities. Inside, Alexandra and Raphaël have chosen a neat, contemporary and bright decoration, the house is very comfortable. The garden is shared by the 3 rentals but each has its own private terrace with garden furniture. petanque. For stays of 1 to 4 nights, the rental is all-inclusive (sheets, towels, cleaning and heating). Mandatory cleaning (150€) to be paid on site for stays of a minimum of 5 nights.
