The view of the castles of Cannero, the Rocca di Caldé, and the lake stretching to the West Swiss Alps is simply spectacular.
In a sunny location, you can enjoy the magnificent landscape here, both from the 3½-room maisonette apartment and from the sunbathing areas with an outdoor shower.
A perfect sunset from the pool (10 m x 8 m, open depending on the weather from approx. mid-May to approx. early October) almost seems kitschy.
From the parking level, you can reach the pool area below via approx. 10 steps, as well as the building entrance and the elevator to your apartment on the 1st floor.
Since the approx. 88 m² of living space is spread over 2 levels, there is another direct entrance in the upper area.
The tastefully modern furnishings combined with the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living/dining area transform "Belvedere ONE" into a kind of elevated seat above the lake, from whose view one can never get enough.
For contact with the rest of the world, free Wi-Fi internet access is available.
A restaurant is approx. 200 m away, and shopping facilities are available in Luino, approx. 3 km away, or in Brezzo di Bedero, approx. 2 km away.
