The approx. 2,000 m² beautiful park with deciduous trees, conifers, palm trees, and other Mediterranean plants is bordered by high natural stone walls, ensuring your undisturbed privacy.
As the connecting road from Domaso to Gravedona runs above the park, you can access the lake and a flat pebble beach directly from the property via private natural stone steps.
At the heated pool (12 m x 5 m, the pool is open all season and has a minimum temperature of 25°C from May to September), in the park, and on the elevated, approx. 200 m² viewing terrace facing the lake, various oases of relaxation are available: sun loungers in the sun and shade, high-quality seating groups, and dining tables with lake views.
Enjoy wonderful views far to the south during the day or relaxed evenings overlooking the sea of lights over the lake.
A wrought-iron, remote-controlled gate leads you into the villa's park with parking spaces for your vehicle.

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil! Top gepflegt, ruhig, sehr freundlicher Vermieter, toller Garten, sauberer Pool, grandiose Aussicht. Wir haben eine herrliche Woche dort verbracht und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder. Auch das Sicherheitsgefühl war außerordentlich hoch. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ankommen und wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung und die Vermieter machen einem das leicht. Kein Wunder. Die Wohnung und die Außenbereiche versprühen Charme, viel Kreativität und vor allem Wärme. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, der herrliche Garten und direkte Lage zum See sowie zu den nächsten Orten hat unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne bald wieder.
