Situated on the ground floor of a 2-family house, the attractive flat attracts above all with its approx. 30 m covered terrace, a well-tended garden and a fantastic view. Coupled with the sunny and quiet location and the proximity to the lake and beach, La Florida offers an ideal base for an all-round successful holiday. From both the indoor and outdoor areas you can enjoy a marvellous view of the lake and the mountains as far as the Monte Rosa massif. For the water lovers among you, there is a public beach about 300 metres away or a lido with a sandy beach and sun loungers (for a fee). There is also a restaurant and a bar nearby. The enchanting little town of Orta San Giulio, whose medieval centre with its small alleyways is often used as a film location, can be reached by car in around five minutes. If this all becomes too idyllic in the long run and you fancy a bit of hustle and bustle in between, the Lombard metropolis of Milan with its world-famous cathedral can be reached in around 45 minutes. The well-kept flat itself has free Wi-Fi internet access and the added convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine.
