The approx. 75 m² 2½-room apartment is located in a sunny and central position in the heart of the enchanting village of Orta San Giulio, whose medieval core with its narrow alleys often serves as a film set.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old palazzo and is lovingly, partly antique furnished.
From the living/dining area, thanks to the two French doors, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake, the island of San Giulio and the mountains.
With the windows open, you can sit here as if in a loggia and enjoy the unique view.
Come and be enchanted! You can do everything conveniently on foot directly from the house.
Therefore, you will only need your car for excursions in the surrounding area during your holiday.
The lake and the boat landing stage are approx. 100 m away.
Bars, restaurants, grocery stores and the central Piazza Motta can be reached in one minute on foot.
Swimming opportunities are approx. 400 m away, the public beach is approx. 1.5 km away.
Hikes and mountain bike tours can be started directly from the house.
Should you wish not to lose contact with the rest of the world despite the rich recreational offerings, free WLAN internet access is available for navigating the internet.
In the months of July, August, and September, a free parking space is available in the parking garage approx. 300 m away.

Gut ausgestattet, tolle Größe. Der check-in war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit.
Sofas und Stühle sind schon etwas durchgesessen. Ein bisschen weniger wäre mehr.

Leider waren die Hinweise / Beschreibung für die Anfahrt nicht genau genug!? Man darf sich nicht nach dem Navi richten!!! Die Beschreibung zum Parken in der Nähe der Unterkunft war ungenau, nicht ausreichend! Wir sind so in die Fußgängerzone geraten und mussten durch und wieder zurück in Einbahnstraßen. Hätten es ganz einfach gehabt, wenn der Aus- und Einlade Parkplatz genauer beschrieben wäre!!!
