The approx. 75 m² 2½-room flat is in a sunny and central location in the heart of the enchanting village of Orta San Giulio, whose medieval centre with its small alleyways is often used as a location for film shoots. The flat is located on the 3rd floor of an old palazzo and is lovingly furnished, partly in antique style. From the living/dining area, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake, the island of San Giulio and the mountains thanks to the two French windows. When the windows are open, you can sit here as if in a loggia and enjoy the unique view. It's best to come and be enchanted yourself! You can do everything on foot directly from the house. As a result, you will only need your car on holiday for excursions in the surrounding area. The lake and boat landing stage are approx. 100 metres away. Bars, restaurants, grocery shops and the central Piazza Motta are just a minute's walk away. Bathing facilities are approx. 400 m away, the public beach is approx. 1.5 km away. Hikes and mountain bike tours can be started directly from the house. If you don't want to lose touch with the rest of the world despite the wide range of recreational activities on offer, free WLAN internet access is available for navigating the internet. In the months of July, August and September, you can park your car free of charge in the multi-storey car park approx. 300 m away.
