The building enjoys an all-day sunny location directly on the beautiful, approximately 8 km long lake promenade.
Both apartments, approximately 90 m² in size, are well-equipped and feature a dishwasher, washing machine, and free Wi-Fi access. From the house, shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, and the charming Romanesque old town of Pallanza are easily accessible on foot.
The ferry landing stage is also only about 200 m away.
This allows you to conveniently explore the lake by boat and take many varied excursions, including to the nearby Borromean Islands.
For sports enthusiasts, the municipal tennis court, the public swimming pool with a sandy beach, and the public beach with a sunbathing lawn are located between 500 and 900 m away.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung. Die hohen Decken und der Balkon in Richtung See geben der Wohnung eine besondere Atmosphäre. Für uns war die super Pizzeria und die Bar neben der Wohnung eher ein Vorteil, obwohl es abends relativ lange Betrieb gab.
Man hat in der Wohnung immer einen tollen Blick auf den See.
Parkplatzsuche ist manchmal etwas schwierig. Die Pfannen und die Spülmaschine könnten etwas besser sein. W-Lan bringt kaum was. Aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten zum Rest.
Große, sehr saubere Wohnung mit einmaligem Blick auf den Lago.

Zentrale Lage in Pallanza/Verbania, alle Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso der Fährableger. Wohl auch saisonbedingt nachts völlig ruhig.
Unzureichende Geschirrausstattung, z. B. kein Dosenöffner auffindbar, kein Kochtopf in Standardgröße, viele alte, wohl ausrangierte Pfannen, teils schmutzig, keine Gebrauchsanweisung für die Geschirrspülmaschine.

Wir hatten eine erholsame und sehr angenehme Woche in dieser wirklich geräumigen Wohnung. Der kleine Balkon mit Seesicht ist ein absoluter happy place. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Betten in top Zustand. Minuspunkte: laute Bar daneben, magere Küchenausstattung, Seesicht nur in 2 Zimmern.
