The village of Lezzeno with its bars, cafés, grocery stores, restaurants and various leisure activities can be reached by boat or car in approx. 5 minutes. In total, the approx. 240 m² of living space is spread over 3 levels and thus offers enough space for everyone to be able to retreat.

The house has a garden, a terrace and 2 balconies.

From the various outdoor areas you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains opposite.

The garden with its barbecue and the spacious living room in the basement are perfect for long and cosy hours together.

For a little refreshment in between, there is a private beach approx. 30 metres away, as well as a pool with sunbathing area and outdoor shower (approx. 8 m x 5 m, open from mid-May to the end of September depending on the weather) for shared use with the three flats of „Appartamenti Portobello“.

Como with its romantic old town is only about 20 km away and Bellaggio, which is only about 8 km away, also invites you to take a stroll.

For sports enthusiasts, there is a waterskiing and diving school nearby; the house itself has free canoes (use at your own risk).

If you would like to be spoilt with culinary delights at home, you can book a cook for this purpose (price by arrangement on site).

Should you nevertheless feel a longing for the rest of the world, free WLAN internet access is available for you to navigate the internet.

You can park your car either in the double garage belonging to the house or in the two car parking spaces within the enclosed property.   Tip: We are pleased to be able to offer you a beautiful motorboat.

A boating licence is not required.

The weekly hire price here is even lower than the local daily hire price! Due to the high demand, early booking is recommended.
