The "Residence La Fonte" is a real gem. The location is paradisiacally beautiful, quiet and sunny. Here from Pino you can enjoy an unrivalled view of Lake Maggiore and the Swiss Alps. The idyllic two-storey residence consists of 3 houses with 6 flats each and the "Casa Romantica" house with four 1-room corner flats. The pool is of great recreational value: the pool is open - weather permitting - from mid-May to the end of September. The small village of Pino can be reached directly from the front of the residence. A "corner shop" can be reached on foot in approx. 3 minutes and the public beach is approx. 1 km away. If you leave the residence via the back, you are directly in the forest with an extensive network of walking and hiking trails. You can explore the surrounding area on well-marked hiking trails and get to know the many facets of Lake Maggiore. The four 1-room corner flats in the "Casa Romantica" house are tastefully and individually furnished with great attention to detail. A renowned interior designer has devoted herself to the furnishing, decoration and individual wall paintings with great vigour and enthusiasm. As a result, each flat now has its own flair and is based on a motif inspired by the name of the flat. In case you don't want to be completely isolated from the rest of the world while on holiday, free WLAN internet access is available in all flats in the "Casa Romantica". You can park your car in the parking spaces next to the "Casa Romantica" (flats 19 to 22) or in the garage parking space (flat no. 08 and 18).
