Tastefully furnished studio with terrace and large sunny garden in a popular residence with marvellous subtropical vegetation. Large swimming pool. Tennis courts. Beach area. Quiet and sunny panoramic position. Marvellous view of the lake. Private and covered car park within the gated residence. Up to 4 persons.
This is a secluded residence in a quiet south-facing location that is popular with our holiday guests and buyers. There is a public beach with snack bar about 400 metres away. The large, well-kept and free swimming pool with snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m, open from approx. mid-June to approx. early September depending on the weather), sun loungers and parasols as well as the tennis courts (each for a fee) should be emphasised. The subtropical vegetation, the gigantic, unobstructed view of the lake, the large sun terraces and gardens and the large, sunny balconies are marvellous. Most flats have their own covered car parking space within the gated complex. Free guest parking is available outside the residence.
Note: There are two main reasons for our high number of regular tenants in this residence (quality and rental price): They are generally tastefully furnished private holiday flats. As we have already earned our commission on the sale of each flat, we can now offer these flats to you as a tenant free of commission.
