A public beach with a snack bar is approximately 400 meters away.
Highlights include the large, well-maintained, and free swimming pool with a snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m, open depending on weather from approximately mid-June to approximately early September), sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as the tennis courts (for a fee).
The subtropical vegetation, the immense, unobstructed lake view, the large sun terraces and gardens, and the spacious sunny balconies are all beautiful.
Most apartments include their own covered parking space within the gated complex.
Free guest parking is available outside the residence. Note: There are primarily 2 reasons for our high number of regular tenants in this residence (quality and rental price): These are typically tastefully furnished private holiday apartments.

Ruime kamers en fantastisch uitzicht.
Voor de pubers jammer dat er geen wifi was. Op de foto's staat nog een bad, maar die is vervangen door een frisse douchebak.

Die Terrasse mit dem Blick über den See ist wunderschön, man kann sich dort sehr gut erholen!
Die Küche ist sogar neu eingerichtet! Alles sehr sauber!
Die Informationen bezüglich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. könnten etwas mehr und aktueller sein. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen!

Die Wohnung hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage und die Aussicht waren Mega! Wir waren 3 Personen und hatten genug Platz. Das Mobiliar ist etwas älter, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Es war eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Verwalterin war super nett. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit :)
