Each unit is adequately furnished for holiday rentals and, in addition to free Wi-Fi, features a spacious outdoor area consisting of a balcony, terrace, or garden, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the opposite shore. Particularly noteworthy is the residence's private lake access with a sunbathing lawn, inviting you for a refreshing swim or a relaxing day at the beach.
For boat owners, a mooring buoy is available in front of the residence upon request.

Het mooie rustige appartement en het prachtige uitzicht en de mogelijkheid om in het meer te zwemmen.
Te voet gaan langs de straat is levensgevaarlijk. Je hebt een auto nodig om ergens naartoe te geraken.
Potten en pannen zijn van slechte kwaliteit.

La casa è immersa in una location incredibile e riserva tanti piccoli angoli di pace, tranquillità e bellezza. Non c’è bisogno di andare in giro, avevamo tutto lì: spiaggia, giardino, terrazza.
