The spacious communal outdoor area is rounded off by the approx. 160 m² sun terrace and the two-storey, approx. 70 m² house has a bedroom and living/dining room, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

From both the interior and exterior you can enjoy a marvellous view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

In the morning, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the lake from your approx. 10 m² private sun terrace - there is no better way to start a day on holiday.
