Villa Romina is the ideal holiday home for a stay characterized by wellness and tranquility.
Outside, in the wide fenced garden, heated pool, barbecue area and a table for outdoor dining are at guest's disposal.
In the basement of the house there is a the wellness-area which consists of mini-swimming pool, sauna and tools.
In the villa there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

This holiday home has a large living area with loft, four bedrooms equipped with all modern facilities and two bathrooms. The villa is a passive house with high comfort, designed with technologies aimed at promoting energy savings. The accommodation is characterized by lots of natural light and is equipped with a controlled mechanical ventilation system for the exchange of air inside the building. The rental price includes: fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change on request; pool towels; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; 1 use of Wellness-area on request; Technogym.
