This ski-in ski-out luxury flat in the heart of Kitzbühel is every summer & winter sports enthusiast's dream. There is no better location - right in the town centre, next to the Hahnenkamm cable car and ideal infrastructure (Hahnenkamm train station) with a direct view of the famous Streif. The lovingly designed flat combines alpine luxury & comfort incl. spa. The carpentry work in old wood, the new bathrooms with natural stone, the high-quality kitchen and the open fireplace convey the perfect chalet style in the Gamsstadt.

The entire house was renovated to a very high standard in 2020 and has a spacious spa including a high-end fitness room, large sauna, sunbathing lawn and a great steam bath. There is also a very nice underground car park, a ski room and a lift. The location is unique and the house makes a very chic, high-quality impression both inside and out.

The use of the wellness area is free of charge. The fitness room and ski room can also be used free of charge. In the house there are garage spaces, these are available for €25 per day, please book in advance.
