In Les Angles, we offer this charming 130 m² chalet with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 130 m² garden. Linen and towels extra - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with mountain and lake views
- Bathroom with shower and WC
1st floor:
- 35 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area, mountain and lake views
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, hob...
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with mountain and lake views
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Laundry room with washing machine
- A second bathroom
- Separate WC
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, with mountain and lake views
- Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, with mountain views
- A small lounge, with a small opening onto the lake
Exterior:
- A 40 m² balcony with mountain and lake views and furniture
- A beautiful 130 m² garden, private and fully enclosed
The house is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- In winter: skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, dog sledding, sledging, paragliding, forest walks, etc.
- Summer: hiking, mountain biking, numerous water sports on the lake (sailing, pedal boats, watersports center, beach), fishing, summer tobogganing, tennis, paragliding, etc.
- All year round: swimming pool, spa, entertainment center, bowling alley, cinema, shops, restaurants, etc.
Transport :
- By car : free parking is available in front of the chalet.
- Bus stop towards La Station, 2 minutes' walk away.
- Nearest train station: Perpignan 93 km (approx. 1h35 by car)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan 97 km (approx. 1h40 by car)
Other remarks :
-Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
