In our 3-unit house, we rent this T4 ground-floor apartment with garden and terrace. The apartment is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedding is very recent and in perfect condition. The apartment is available all year round.

The location makes our apartment attractive for those who appreciate peace and quiet and the possibility of being at the beach in less than a minute. Parasols and 8 deckchairs at your disposal. Barbecues available.

IMPORTANT:
The bedding is protected by 2aleses, we ask each traveler to install his bedding in the following way, put :
-disposable undersheet (available in the apartment)
-fitted sheet you bring with you
-the comforter cover you bring with you
-disposable pillowcase (available in the apartment) + pillowcase you bring with you.

Travelers are responsible for bringing their own bedding.
Bedding rental available:
-double bed kit: 12.00/stay
-single bed kit: 6.00/stay
Each kit contains all the necessary bedding (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillowcase(s)).
Before your departure, the apartment must be cleaned, swept or vacuumed with the vacuum cleaner provided, and then mopped with product, and dishes must be washed in the. Dishwasher. 60degres and put away properly.
